A 50% deposit is required for private sessions then the rest of the payment is due at the end of the event. Public sessions are paid in full in advance. 

We have snacks and light food for sale, but for groups that would like a meal we suggest ordering in (Length at the facility must be 1.5 hours or longer to bring food). You’re welcome to order from anywhere you’d like. We have catering suggestions to make ordering food for your event easy.

Yes! We have soda, Gatorade, water, and Red Bull, as well as canned alcoholic drinks (beers, seltzers, wines, Alcohol menu: Click Here) available for sale. You are welcome to bring your own soft drinks.

Drinks can be purchased a la carte, individually, or as part of a drink package ($15 (plus tax/gratuity) for 2 drinks). The drink package is based on your participant count given, please update your reduced participant count 48 hours in advance for the drink package cost to be adjusted.

Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Colorado requires us to ID anyone who appears to be under age 50, so please bring an ID!

Yes, all archery games participants must have a waiver before entering the arena.

For private events, one week’s notice is required to cancel a reservation and receive a 94% refund. For public games, 48 hours notice is required for a 94% refund. 

Changes to participant count (if applies) and drink package are 94% refund.

Our private events reserve the whole facility for your group. We often have another group coming in, so your time ends at the time shown on your reservation. If you’d like to have a meeting or food/drink that will need to be factored into the event time.

Our field holds 20 people at a time. For groups over 20 we’ll keep everyone rotating, usually every two games which last ~4 minutes each. 

If you booked a private event, then you do not need to inform us if your player count changes.

For public games or the one hour private session, please let us know as soon as possible if you think there will be a change to your number of attendees.

If you have a drink package then you have 48 hours before your session date/time to update your participant count and receive a price adjustment.

Outside of the public session and 1 hour package, the cost is a set rate for the amount of time your group wishes to rent out the full facility. The amount of people won’t matter but make sure you factor in enough for game time plus food/drinks/socialize in the reservation time.

The drink package is a per person rate which gets locked in 48 hours before your session starts. Additional packages may be added but you need to reduce your participant count before that deadline then the price will be adjusted accordingly. 

For groups of at least two hours, just let us know if you’d like some time reserved for Nerf Wars.
