There’s no better way to build team camaraderie than Archery Games! Your time with us will reinforces strong communication, teamwork and encouragement… and it’s also a lot of fun to shoot at your co-workers with our foam-tipped arrows! Your team will be talking about Archery Games long after it’s over.
We’ve hosted teams as small as 6 people and as large as 80 people. Our staff will pick the games and format to best fit your group.

Our weekday hours are dedicated to private events where your group will be the only one in the facility. Bring your favorite food and (non-alcoholic) drinks then eat with your team at our tables bordering the arena. We have catering suggestions to make ordering food for your event easy.

How do I make a reservation/ What is your availability?
Our online calendar is always live, and private event bookings can be made here .

What is required to make the reservation?
A 50% deposit is required for private sessions then the rest of the payment is due at the end of the event. Public sessions are paid in full in advance.
Do you offer food?
We have snacks and light food for sale, but for groups that would like a meal we suggest ordering in. You’re
welcome to order from anywhere you’d like. We have catering suggestions to make ordering food for your event easy.
Do you serve drinks/ have drink packages?
Yes! We have soda, Gatorade, water, and Red Bull, as well as canned alcoholic drinks (beers, seltzers, wines, Alcohol menu: Click Here) available for sale. You are welcome to bring your own soft drinks.
Feel free to start an open tab, a la carte, or include our drink package in your event!
*Drink package is 2 drinks plus a koozie at $15 per person (plus tax and optional gratuity).
Colorado requires us to ID anyone who appears to be under age 50, so please bring an ID!
Does my group need to sign waivers?
Yes, all archery games participants must have a waiver before entering the arena.
What is the cancellation policy?
For private events, one week’s notice is required to cancel a reservation and receive a 94% refund. For public games, 48 hours notice is required for a 94% refund.
Can my group stay beyond our private event time?
Our private events reserve the whole facility for your group. We often have another group coming in, so your time ends at the time shown on your reservation. If you’d like to have a meeting or food/drink that will need to be factored into the event time.
How many people can play at a time?
Our field holds 20 people at a time. For groups over 20 we’ll keep everyone rotating, usually every two games which last ~4 minutes each.
If the number of participants in my group changes after booking, do I need to inform Archery Games?
If you booked a private event, then you do not need to inform us if your player count changes.
For public games, please let us know as soon as possible if you think there will be a change to your number of attendees.
Is the pricing per person or a set rate?
Outside of the public session and 1 hour package, the cost is a set rate for the amount of time your group wishes to rent out the full facility. The amount of people won’t matter so bring up to 80 players or as little as 6 players. Make sure you factor in enough for game time plus food/drinks/socialize in the reservation time.
Can we do Nerf Wars as well?
For groups of at least two hours, just let us know if you’d like some time reserved for Nerf Wars.
